| We have our products made especially for us. The products are then sent and stored in our warehouse which means shipping time is very quick usually 1-2 days after order is received. Customers do not have to wait for a third party (manufacturer) to ship their order. We ship U.P.S Ground which includes a tracking number that is e-mailed to the customer making it easy for the customer to determine the arrival of their order. All pet products are insured. |
| Returns |
| We accept returns if notified within one week of receiving your order. Returns must have a return authorization number (RA), to get your RA you must e-mail us. The return must be received no latter then two weeks after receiving the RA. The product must be returned in the original packaging NEW & UNUSED (there are no exceptions). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges (which in many cases will cost more than the original shipping charges of $12.95 or $22.95) depending on location. After receiving the product back and verifying its condition a credit for the price of the product will be issued, shipping charges are nonrefundable. |

| This dog crate is FANTASTIC, Lucy my 5 year old lab has been enjoying hers since she was a puppy. She has really put it to the test and it looks as GOOD today as the day I put it together. Other than tightening the bolts once in a while and wiping it out there is no maintenance. |
